We spoke to him about his Sales Team and what he hopes to achieve in this new role:
Good customer service is a basic expectation of any successful business. How do you work to achieve this at Mercedes-Benz of Taunton?
We have a dedicated and experienced Sales Team with a collective 100 years plus experience in the motor profession. We value our team greatly and the effort they invest in building relationships with our customers is recognised by our current Mercedes-Benz Recommendation Score of 100%. Customers can be assured that they will receive the level of service they would anticipate in a prestigious car showroom, making their visit a memorable one.
What are the sales attitudes that you promote amongst your team?
Our Sales Team recognise that buying a Mercedes-Benz should be an experience to remember for all the right reasons. In order to ensure this is the case when you choose us, we make sure we take our time. So we may take a little longer than some of our competitors but this ensures that our customers become advocates and ambassadors of the Mercedes-Benz brand.
What is your favourite Mercedes-Benz and why?
A sold one - because it means we have satisfied the requirements of another City West Country Customer.
